- Resellers must present the products as offered by D and D Fabrics without altering product names, images, or descriptions.
- Resellers are solely responsible for handling communication, customer queries, and support for their own buyers.
- D and D Fabrics is not responsible for any misrepresentation or disputes between resellers and their customers.

4. Orders and Payments
- Orders must be placed and fully paid for before they are processed.
- All confirmed orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in the case of product damage or error.

5. Shipping and Delivery
- Products are shipped directly to the provided shipping address after payment confirmation.
- We are not liable for courier delays once the product is dispatched.

6. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with proper proof.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
